star england duncan edwards Portrait Drawing Soccer Football Khaled3Ken Gallery
Duncan Edwards (1 October 1936 – 21 February 1958) was an English footballerwho played for Manchester United and the England national team. He was one of theBusby Babes, the young United team formed under manager Matt Busby in the mid 1950s, and one of eight players who died as a result of the Munich air disaster.
Born in Dudley, Edwards signed for Manchester United as a teenager and went on to become the youngest player to play in the Football League First Division and the then youngest England player since the Second World War. In a professional career of less than five years he helped United to win two Football League championships and reach the semi-finals of the European Cup.
Although he is primarily remembered as a defensive midfielder, Edwards is said to have been able to operate in any outfield position on the field of play. His versatility was such that on one occasion he started the match playing as an emergency striker in place of one injured player before being switched to central defence in place of another. His greatest assets were his physical strength and his level of authority on the pitch, which was said to be remarkable for such a young player, and he was particularly noted for his high level of stamina.Stanley Matthews described him as being "like a rock in a raging sea", and Bobby Moore likened him to the Rock of Gibraltar when defending but also noted that he was "dynamic coming forward".His imposing physique earned him the nicknames "Big Dunc" and "The Tank",
and he has been ranked amongst the toughest players of all time.
Edwards was noted for the power and timing of his tackles and for his ability to pass and shoot equally well with both feet. He was known for his surging runs up the pitch and was equally skilled at heading the ball and at striking fierce long-range shots. After scoring a goal on 26 May 1956, in a 3–1 friendly win against West Germany, he was given the nickname "Boom Boom" by the local press because of "the Big Bertha shot in his boots"

TOMAS ROSICKY Portrait Drawing Soccer Football Khaled3Ken Gallery
Tom?? Rosick? (Czech pronunciation:born 4 October 1980) is aCzech footballer who plays for Arsenal and captains the Czech national team. He has a brother named Ji?? who was also a footballer. He was nicknamed “the little Mozart” for his ability to orchestrate the midfield. Arsène Wenger described him as a player with remarkable vision and first touch. He was born in Prague.
When Rosick? first arrived at Borussia Dortmund, his arrival cost the team €14.5 million, a Bundesliga record transfer when he arrived from Sparta Prague in 2001.Rosick?'s reputation grew during his time at Dortmund and, during the latter stages of his spell at the club, Dortmund were in substantial financial trouble and could not hold onto him despite recognising his influence on the team. Press reports linked him with big money transfers to Real Madrid, Atlético Madrid, Tottenham Hotspur,Chelsea, and Arsenal. Rosick? expressed a desire for Dortmund to allow him to leave at the end of the 2005–06 season, and the arrival of South African Steven Pienaar was made in preparation for Rosick?'s departure. In Germany, Rosick? gained the nickname "The Little Mozart" and "The Mozart of Football" for his ability to orchestrate play on the pitch
Rosick? made his international debut in 2000 at 19 years-of-age against the Republic of Ireland. He played for his country at Euro 2000and Euro 2004 and helped the side qualify for the 2006 World Cup in Germany. Rosick? shone for his country in the group stages of the qualification campaign, scoring several goals from the penalty spot and setting up Milan Baro? and Jan Koller in particular with accurate and precise passing. He also scored the winning goal in the second leg of the Czech Republic's play-off against Norway to ensure qualification for the finals.
In the 2006 World Cup finals, Rosick? scored two goals in the Czech Republic's opening match on 12 June 2006 in a 3–0 victory over the United States, one of which was from 35 yards out and was nominated for the 2006 World Cup best goal. The Czech Republic went out at the World Cup in the group stages, with Rosick? forced to move into the attack after injuries to both of the country's star strikers,Jan Koller and Milan Baro?.
At the beginning of the 2006–07 season, Rosick? was made captain of the Czech Republic national side, replacing the retiring Pavel Nedv?d, which he took up very well, greatly helping the Czech Republic qualify for Euro 2008.
Rosick? missed Euro 2008 due to injury. He made his return to the international fold when he started for Czech Republic on 9 September 2009, in a World Cup qualifier against San Marino. On 9 February 2011, he started in an international friendly match againstCroatia, and also scored a goal at the Stadion Maksimir in the 45th minute in a 4–2 defeat. On 10 August 2011, he started for Czech Republic against Norway in a 3–0 defeat and was substituted on 68 minutes in Oslo.
Rosick? captained the Czech Republic in their opening two matches at UEFA Euro 2012. However, an achilles tendon injury in the second match, a 2–1 win over Greece ended Rosick?'s tournament, as the Czechs were eliminated in the quarter-finals byPortugal

JOSEF MASOPUST Portrait Drawing Soccer Football Khaled3Ken Gallery

JOSEF MASOPUST Portrait Drawing Soccer Football Khaled3Ken Gallery
Josef Masopust (born 9 February 1931 in St?imice near Most) is a Czechoslovakformer football player and coach. He was named European Footballer of the Yearin 1962. In November 2003, to celebrate UEFA's Jubilee, he was selected as theGolden Player of the Czech Republic by the Football Association of the Czech Republic as their most outstanding player of the past 50 years. He played as midfielder and was an indispensable player for Czechoslovakia. He capped 63 times, scoring 10 goals for his country.
He was named by Pelé as one of the top 125 greatest living footballers in March 2004.
Masopust was in a similar mould to that of the Magyar Bozsik; a workhorse of a team, who toiled away in obscurity crafting and building fresh attacks for the front line. Masopust though was not devoid of technical abilities and could 'play the violin and do the dishes'. He Possessed exemplary ball control, his transmission with ball on foot through the field was clinical, which he utilized for both; basic work, from the recovery of the ball in defense, to driving menacingly through the opposition in what was termed 'Masopust's slalom'. During these solo runs Masopust would seamlessly switch between both feet, easily jinking to the left and right but always moving forward.
Like Bozsik, Masopust as well was a marvellous passer, and was able to pick out teammates with both strength and precision. The only flaw in his capabilities came from his physical weakness due to his medium build, but he made up for this deficit with massive reserves of stamina and pace, allowing him to be a tireless engine in the centre of the field.
Shackled by Czechoslovakia's 'no-risk' style philosophy, Masopust's natural inclination for attack was limited, yet he still managed 10 goals in 63 caps for his country. At club level he scored 79 times in 386 appearances for Dukla Praha.

Franti?ek Pl?ni?ka (Czech pronunciation:2 June 1904 – 20 July 1996) was a Czech football goalkeeper and one of the most honoured players in the history of Czechoslovakian football. He played the majority of his career for Slavia Prague, during which time the club won the Czech league eight times and the Mitropa Cup once. He also became a member of the Czechoslovakia national team and later itscaptain during the World Cup finals of 1934 (where the Czech team finished second) and 1938.
Pl?ni?ka was a courageous player, to the extent that in Czechoslovakia's 1938 World Cup match against Brazil, he remained on the field despite having suffered a serious injury. He was a goalkeeper of outstanding reflexes and shot-stopping abilities and was also characterized by his sportsmanship, never once being cautioned or sent off in his career. He was awarded the UNESCO International Fair Play Award in 1985
In 1999, the IFFHS elected him the best Czech goalkeeper – and ninth best overall – of the twentieth century. In 2003, he was catalogued as the greatest goalkeeper of an era that included other notable keepers such as Ricardo Zamora and Giampiero Combi.

ANTONIN PANENKA Portrait Drawing Soccer Football Khaled3Ken Gallery

ANTONIN PANENKA Portrait Drawing Soccer Football Khaled3Ken Gallery
Anton?n Panenka (born 2 December 1948 in Prague) is a Czech former footballer. He played most of his career for Bohemians Prague. Panenka won the 1976 European Championship with Czechoslovakia. In the final against West Germany he scored the winning penalty in the shootout with a softly chipped ball up the middle as the goalie dived away; this style of penalty is now called the Panenka penalty. In 1980 he won Czechoslovak Footballer of the Year and his team finished third in the1980 European Championship.
Even to this day, many football commentators are amazed at how Panenka managed to hold his nerve to take a shot like that, especially as he would have looked extremely silly had the keeper not dived. Pele said it could be attempted by "either a genius or a madman". Panenka said he never had any doubt that he would score.
"About two years before the European Championships I began trying it. At first I did it during friendly matches and then I did it once or twice during Czechoslovak league matches. It worked so well that I decided that I would use the technique if I got a penalty at the European Championships. Of course, it was pure chance that the opportunity came in the final after the Germans equalised in the last minute and then, when it went to penalties, the German player missed his kick before it was my turn. It was like the will of God. I was one thousand percent certain that I would take the penalty in that way and that I would score."
The Panenka penalty has since been successfully duplicated by Zinedine Zidane in the 2006 World Cup Final, Sebastian Abreu in the2010 World Cup, both Andrea Pirlo and Sergio Ramos at UEFA Euro 2012,Hélder Postiga at UEFA Euro 2004 and Francesco Totti at UEFA Euro 2000. A few who have tried unsuccessfully have been Neymar, Mickaël Landreau, Antonio Calle, Rogerio Ceni, Maicosuel, Marko Devic, Graham Zusi, Andrea Pirlo and Robin van Persie. and Iraq's Younis Mahmoud in the 2013 Gulf Cup Semi-Final match against Bahrain
As well as winning the 1976 European Championship, Panenka helped Czechoslovakia come third in the 1980 tournament, after scoring once again in a 9–8 penalty shootout win. In the finals of the 1982 World Cup; Panenka scored twice with penalties, but these were the only Czechoslovakian goals, and the team did not progress beyond the first group stage.

Ei?ur Sm?ri Gu?johnsen (born 15 September 1978) is an Icelandicfootballer who currently plays for Club Brugge. He has previously played for Premier League club Chelsea and FC Barcelona of Spain, having made his name with Bolton Wanderers. He was the captain of the Iceland national team until manager ?lafur J?hannesson took over the team. Throughout his professional career, Gu?johnsen has scored 167 goals in all competitions with his clubs and the national team. He is the son of Arn?r Gu?johnsen, a former professional footballer. He is often considered to be one of the greatest Icelandic footballers, having won titles in the Netherlands, Spain, and England as well as the Champions League.
Gu?johnsen made his debut for the Iceland national under-17 football team in 1992 at the age of 14. He went on to score seven goals in 26 appearances for the team before progressing to the under-19 side in 1994. He netted twice in nine caps for the under-19s, before making his debut for the Iceland national under-21 football team later in the year. He represented the under-21s for four years, scoring a total of four goals in 11 caps.
Gu?johnsen joined the Iceland national team in 1996 and since then has been capped 61 times and scored 24 times, becoming the highest goalscorer for Iceland. He surpassed R?khar?ur J?nsson's Icelandic record of 17 international goals on 13 October 2007 by scoring twice in a 2–4 home loss to Latvia.
On 24 April 1996 history was made in Tallinn, Estonia, where a 17 year old Gu?johnsen replaced his 34 year old father, Arn?r Gu?johnsen as a second half substitute against Estonia. The match was then won by the travelling Iceland team 3–0. The record achieved by the pair still stands today.
Coming on as a substitute is the closest the youngster ever got to playing with his father in a match, as the two were never able to hold the record of playing together as both father and son. After hanging up his boots in 2001, his father, 17 years his senior stated, "It remains my biggest regret that we didn't get to play together, and I know it's Ei?ur's too

DRAWING PORTRAIT STARS DANSK KHALED3KEN KHALED ABD EL KARIM KEN MAADI FRANK ARNESEN
Frank Arnesen (born 30 September 1956 in Copenhagen) is a former Danish footballplayer and currently sporting director at Hamburger SV. Arnesen was Director of Football at English football clubs Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea.
As a player, he most notably played with Dutch clubs Ajax and PSV Eindhoven, winning the 1988 European Cup with PSV. Arnesen was capped 52 times and scored 14 goals for the Danish national team, and participated in the Euro 1984 and 1986 FIFA World Cup tournaments.
After his active career, Frank Arnesen was first appointed assistant coach at PSV under Bobby Robson from 1991 to 1993, and in 1994 he became the club's general manager. Arnesen spent 10 years as director of football at PSV Eindhoven, and was credited with discovering major talents, such as Brazilian striker Ronaldo and Dutch players Jaap Stam, Ruud van Nistelrooy, and Arjen Robben. In May 2004, Arnesen was brought to Tottenham Hotspur, replacing David Pleat. Arnesen was to function as the manager responsible for player transfers and scouting for new talent, while coachJacques Santini handled the daily training sessions and match setups; an arrangement identical to Arnesen's days as PSV manager. Things didn't work out well, and Santini left within months citing "personal problems" as his reason for leaving. Arnesen's original hiring for assistant coach, Martin Jol, was put in charge of the club.
Arnesen was suspended by Spurs on 4 June 2005 for expressing a desire to move to rival club Chelsea, after Chelsea allegedly made an illegal approach to sign him as manager. Arnesen was photographed aboard one of Roman Abramovich's three luxury yachts on 22 June 2005 thus reinforcing Tottenham's compensation claim. Arnesen was recommended to Abramovich by Piet de Visser, in a move which was opposed by José Mourinho. On 24 June, both clubs announced that they had reached a financial settlement, later disclosed to be £5 million but widely reported to be closer to £8 million, and Arnesen would move to Chelsea, filling in the role of head talent scout, in charge of uncovering footballing talents. Arnesen has since played a key role in bringing Salomon Kalou, Florent Malouda and John Obi Mikel to Chelsea. But the club has still pursued expensive purchases of established international players rather than unearthing and developing young talent as hoped. Recently it has been reported that former Chelsea manager José Mourinho has blamed Arnesen for the lack of talented youth in the Chelsea ranks. On 27 November 2010 Chelsea announced that Arnesen had resigned as sporting director and would be leaving the club at the end of the 2010–11 season. On 20 February he decided to joinHamburger SV for the foreseeable future as sporting director.
As a Hamburg SV Sporting Director, Arnesen took Chelsea youngsters to Hamburg like Jacopo Sala, Michael Mancienne, G?khan T?re, Slobodan Rajkovi? (all permanent) and Jeffrey Bruma (on loan). On 10 October 2011 Arnesen took over the additional task of the head coach of Hamburger SV for just one match before hiring and installing a permanent new coach with Thorsten Fink
